Greetings Honorable Justice Freeh:
I hope this letter finds you well Mr. Freeh. I write to you about business, my business, which intersects with your business.
As an introduction, I noticed that in May 2007 you were named to the board of directors of Fannie Mae, then, later in 2007 you formed Freeh Group International, a consulting and investigative firm. The materials contained on the enclosed CD relate to my investigation & reality application of my complex lit knowledge to identified fields, including the Student Loan (Fannie Mae) arena, which I am confident you will find both interesting & useful, businesswise.
First, as an introduction, contained on the enclosed CD, is my personal 2007 application of my protocol skills to my student loan business contract concerns.
Second, as an introduction, on the enclosed CD, I present a 2007 parallel application of my protocol skills to a singular Countrywide (Mozilo) mortgage contract.
Third, as an introduction, on the enclosed CD, I direct your attention to our 2007-2008 “Bear Stearns” files, which is the parent company of EMC.
Fourth, business investigation wise, there is an interseting common denominator in connection with the time line of the above firms’ stock dropping & subsequent class action filings, on behalf of stock holders.
