XXX Executive Search PTE LTD Roles and Responsibilities:  To generate potential candidates list  Short-listing potential candidates locally or overseas for overseas posting.  Engaging with Candidates  Job brief and compilation of candidate report.  Arrangement of interview  Research method:- Pure Head hunting  Have to make sure the research list is very accurate so to spot on the right candidates and speed up the headhunting process.  Industries: Property / Real Estate / Environmental Engineering / Shipbuilding (Position like GM, Manager, Business Development, Marketing, Investment etc) for China, Middle East, India, Vietnam, Malaysia posting. • Hunting and visiting candidates in Vietnam, Jakarta, Malaysia, Thailand etc Major achievement: • As a researcher, I helped to generate good research lists that assisted my senior to hunt for potential candidates and closed a few deals. • Promoted to Associate Consultant within 3 months • As a Consultant, closed my first local small deal within 1st month ($3K) HR executive and 1st overseas posting within 2nd month as consultant to China as GM for property developer; 4th month - posting to Jakarta as Marketing Manager for property developer, posting to Jeddah as Senior Marketing Manager for property developer, AGM to Vietnam for property developer. (All headhunted candidates). As a researcher I was paid SGD$2,000 monthly salary. Then once a consultant I get paid based of given percentage upon successful placement. So assignments were assigned to me started Jan 2008, so from then, I get to meet client to get detailed job brief before I start to compile my research list and then start hunting , searching , reviewing candidates' resume, short listing potential candidates, phone interview or face to face interviews, re-profiling profile, presentation of candidate report to client, dealing with client's HR department, arranging interviews (phone and face to face), meeting candidates from Airport, accompanying them to client office, getting immediate feedbacks from candidates right the interviews, reference checks, offer negotiation and overseas posting benefits and allowances, signing of offer letter, upon starting work, following up closely with candidate settling in and client feedback of candidate's performances etc. Billings summary:- (Amount invoiced to client) March 2008 ~ EST SDG$30,600 (1 GM posting to Jiangsu), April 2008 ~ EST $50,600 (1 Marketing manager to Jakarta, 1 Senior Marketing Manager to Jeddah) June 2008 ~ EST$35,000 (1 AGM posted to HCMC, Vietnam) July 2008 ~ EST$39,000 (1 AGM posted to HCMC, Vietnam) Above assignments were from one Singapore listed Property Developer client for their overseas new projects.
