Creating a Professional Profile
To be able to bid on projects through Freelance Jobs you should have created a professional profile in the ctaegory that matches with your skills and expertise.

To create a professional profile:

  1. Sign in to your account or register a new professional account
  2. Click "Profile" on the My Admin page
  3. Click "Create Profile" button
  4. Select the category and subcategory that matches with your skills.
  5. Provide information about you or your company.
  6. Try to complete all the forms of your profile
Note: Although, all data is not necesary the best way to market your profile is completing all the profile sections.

General Information
In this secction you can give further details about your company or yourself detailing the services that you or company provide(s).

  • Profile Name
    This is the name of your profile, generally you can provide your company's name o somethime that describes your services.

  • Service Summary
    This cotains a brief details summarizing your company and the services you offer.

  • Service detailed description
    Here you can give an full detailed description about your business and the service you offer.

  • Minimun Rate
    This is the rate per hour that you charge for your services, this is an optional but useful field to Employers to filter data in search results.

  • Payment Terms
    Here you can describe your payment specifications.

Professional Education & Certifications
In this secction you can give details about studies and skill certifications.

  • Certifications
    This section provides you the option to add your skill certfications, it could be very important for some Employers how are interested for hiring you but they need to know if you are certfied to work in their projects.

  • Education
    In this section you can detail your education.

Professional Expertise
Expertises are the skills on software related to your business like Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver that you use working in projects. If you have another software skills that are not listed in the combo box you can detail then in the text box below.

Professional Experience
This section allows you to provide your experience details. You can list all the works that you had or you want list to demonstrate Employers that you have experience to make their jobs.

Professional Expertise
Expertises are the skills on software related to your business like Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver that you use working in projects. If you have another software skills that are not listed in the combo box you can detail then in the text box below.

Uploading Logo or picture
Profiles may contain a logo or image to personalize your written profile.



To upload a Logo:
  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click "Profile" on the My Admin page
  3. Click the Change Image link.
  4. Select the logo or image that you want
  5. Click "Save" button
This automatically will upload your logo/image to your profile.

Hiding and Activanting a profile
You can either maintain public or private your profile. If you decide to keep your profile active it will be visible in our listings and it will be considered in the search results.

To change the status of your profile simple click "Hide profile" link in your profile page. To active your profile click "Activate" link.

Creating a portfolio
Profiles may contain a portfolio of samples of your previuos works.

To create a portfolio:
  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click "Profile" on the My Admin page
  3. Click the Portfolio link
To add a new item click on the Add item button select the category that matches with the item that you are trying to add, give a title and a brief description about what was done in the item, and upload the image of your sample. You can upload just images with JPG, GIF and BMP format until 500Kb.

To edit or delete an item click "Modify/Delete" link in the right column of the listing.
