Quotes and awarding projects


Receiving and reviewing quotes
Each time that a professional have submitted a quote for your project, you will receive an email notification about the bid received.

If had changed your email preferences to avoid receiving email notifications, you will also able to see the notification on "Messages" option in the "My Admin" page.
Learn how to change your preferences.

Review the bids received
You can compare bids, review the bid details from the professionals and ask professionals for clarifications.

To review Bids:

  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click on "Project Manager" in the "My Admin" page.
  3. Locate your project and click on the title.
  4. Click on "Bids" tab to view all the bids received.
  5. Click on the bid title.

You can ask professionals for further information about the bid by clicking "Make a question" link in the bid details page or clicking on "Message Board" tab. This is a private board, so only you and the bidder are able to see.

Choosing bid and awarding the project
To choose and award a project:

  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click on "Project Manager" in the "My Admin" page.
  3. Locate your project and click on the title or on the number of bids received.
  4. Click on the bid title.
  5. Click on "Award Project" on the options box
  6. Confirm the project award clicking on Arward button


Once you have accepted the bid and awarded the project an email will be send to the professional to ask to accept or decline the project. The project will be pass to frozen status and to find it, click the "Frozen Tab" on the "Project Manager" page.





Professional response

Professionals will be notified about your project award so they will be able to:

  • Accept your project
    If the professional accepts to work in your project you will receive "Project Award - Accepted" notify by email and by the "Messages" section in the "My Admin" page.
  • Decline your project
    If the professional declines to work in your project you will receive "Project Award - Declined" notify by email and by the "Messages" section in the "My Admin" page.
If you project is declined by professional or not get any response you can cancel the project award award and choose another bid/professional to work on it.

Canceling a project award
A project award can be canceled for any reason as long as it has not already been accepted or declined by its recipient. To cancel an project award:

  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click on "Project Manager" in the "My Admin" page.
  3. Locate your project and click on the title.
  4. Under the Awarded field you will see a link "View details" click on it.
  5. Click on "Cancel Award" button.
  6. In the next page that appears choose the cancelation reason
  7. Click Continue button





Note: After canceled the project award your project has "Frozen status", so you can reopen it at any time as you want.

Communicating with a professional
If after that the professional has received the notification about your project award accepts to work in your project, we will send you a notify by email with the contact details of the professional, so you will be able to get in touch with the professional directly and give further details about your project if necesary.

Providing Feedback
To finalize your project you may submit your feedback for the professional who worked in your project, giving your appretiations about the service received and the quality of the work.

To provide a feedback:

  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click on "Project Manager" in the "My Admin" page.
  3. Click on "Frozen projects" tab
  4. Click "Finalize" option in the right column.
  5. Fill the form and click Continue button.
