Posting Projects


Posting a new project

To post a new project follow the next steps:

  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click the "Post your project" link in the blue top navigation bar.
  3. Follow the steps required.
  4. First you will have to select the principal category where your project will be posted.
  5. Second select the sub-category where your project will be finally posted.
  6. Fill the required fields in the project form.
  7. Click "Continue" button.

Editing a project
To edit a project follow the next steps:

  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click "Project Manager" on the "My Admin" page.
  3. Locate your project.
  4. Click "Edit" option on the right column of the list
  5. Another way to edit your project is clicking over project's title and clicking "Edit project" link in the project's options box.
  6. Make the necesary changes and click "Continue" button

Stopping the bidding for a project
A project could be closed to prevent additional professionals from submitting quotes for it.

To Close a project:
  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click "Project Manager" on the "My Admin" page.
  3. Locate your project.
  4. Click the title of your project.
  5. Select "Close project" link in the "Options box".

Reopening a project
Reopening a project make possible to professionals continue submitting quotes for the project.

To Reopen a project:
  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click "Project Manager" on the "My Admin" page.
  3. Locate your project.
  4. Click the title of your project.
  5. Select "Close project" link in the "Options box".

Extending the bidding time for a project
To extend the bidding time for a project:

  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click "Project Manager" on the "My Admin" page.
  3. Locate your project.
  4. Click the title of your project.
  5. Select "Extend bidding" link in the "Options box".

Deleting a project
Deleting a project will delete all quotes received from professionals and the messages posted in the discution boards.

  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click "Project Manager" on the "My Admin" page.
  3. Locate your project.
  4. Click "Delete" option in the right column of the list or clicking the project's title and clicking "Delete" on the options box.
