After awarded your project to a professional and has accepted to work in your project, your project will go immediately to "Frozen Projects" section in the Project Manager area, and a "Finalize" option will appear.
Finalizing a project means that your project has been done successfully by the professional.
To finalize a project:
Sign in to your account
Click on "Project Manager" in the My Admin page.
Click Frozen Projects tab.
Locate your project.
Click "Finalize" link in the right column.
Fill the form and click Continue button.

What happens if a professional has accepted to work in my project, but I no longer hear from him anymore?
If you have awarded a project to a professional and this accepted to work in it, but you no longer hear anymore from the professional then you can Finalize the project and give a negative feedback if necessary.
