Freelance Jobs allows to both professionals and employers to give a feedback to each other when a project has been culminated. Professionals and Employers rate each other by providing a feedback rating and given a feedback comments about how each of them have assumed the responsibility in their functions e.g. the payments or how the project was done.
All feedbacks are public and shown in the Employers and Professionals profiles, so this allows to both of them to judge the reputation of each other on Freelance Jobs.
When can you give a feedback?
You, as an employer can give a feedback to a professional after your project has been finished and when you fill the finalize project form in the "Project Manager" area of your account.

Giving a feedback to a Professional

To give a feedback to a professional:
- Sign in to your account.
- Click on "Project Manager" in the My Admin page.
- Click on "Frozen Projects" tab.
- Click the "Finalize" link.
- Give your feedback rating and feedback comments.
Rating categories
You have four criterias available to rate employers.
- Professionalism
- Timelines
- Quality
- Communication
» Professionalism
This category give information about how professionaly the professional has worked in your project.
» Timelines
This shows if the professional has supplied the project in the expected time.
» Quality
This shows if the professional has demonstrated originality in your project.
» Communication
This category shows if the employer has maintained quality communication with you, and if has provided timely responses to your communications.
